Requirements

These are the basic requirements to join the agency as a Trial Detective. Don't bother wasting your time if you don't meet them.

  • Decent English speaking skills; we won't be accepting any candidate who is not even able to communicate.
  • Shouldn't be known as a troublemaker or a toxic individual.
  • Should have a clean punish-log, with no punishments in the last 3 months and overall punishment count should be less than 5.
  • Should have basic knowledge about law enforcement.
  • Should have a normal nickname; candidates with randomly capitalized letters and random special characters won't be considered.

Rules

The basic rules of submitting an application which a candidate must not fail to follow.

  • Do not contact any leader or human resources officer to check your application. However, if there is no response for over 3 days, you can remind an officer.
  • Do not edit your application after submission; the application should be well-written and don't forget to proofread multiple times.
  • An application should be taken seriously and written in a proper manner. Adding random special characters, emojis, or writing with capslock on is not allowed.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process involves some steps that are followed before announcing a final verdict on an application. The application is supposed to be answered in 3 days at max.

Submission

HR officers read the application to check if it is good enough to be considered. After reading thoroughly, the application is set to pending. If there are major issues, it gets rejected straight away.

Background Check

The forum and in-game activities are checked in detail to ensure that the candidate meets all requirements. Overall behavior will be analyzed.

Internal Voting

The supervisory staff and management staff of the agency are supposed to vote for the candidate. The candidate should have a positive ratio of votes.

Final Verdict

The human resources officer announces the final verdict. If a candidate gets rejected, they can re-apply after two weeks.
