The DSA Academy is designed to forge raw potential into elite investigative prowess. Here, recruits undergo rigorous tactical, psychological, and analytical conditioning to prepare them for the realities of San Andreas.
Recruitment Process
- 1. Online Application: Submit via IG form (/gapps Detective_Service).
- 2. Simulation Testing: Face fictitious field scenarios.
- 3. Background Check: A thorough /punishlog review.
- 4. Initial Training: Protocol familiarization by an instructor.
Core Rules
- Respect Leaders: Essential for effective teamwork.
- Attendance: Regular active participation is expected.
- Clean Record: No mutes, bans, or reports allowed.
- Discord Engagement: Must join the agency's Discord.
Graduation Criteria
- Complete 10 Training Patrols
- Pass the Tactical Driving Exam
- Demonstrate Radio Protocol
- Final Field Evaluation (FFE)
Fail Consequence
If a recruit fails the TRD test, they are given a second chance. The test can only be conducted two times.
Trainee (TRD) Test Phases
Every trainee detective must pass these evaluations conducted by the academic staff.
Code of Conduct
Evaluates behavior, overall knowledge about the community, law, and agency code. Includes psychological decision-making questions.
Law Knowledge
Includes basic scenarios and F1 General Law Codes. Trainees must explain highly-used codes and when to execute them.
Driving & Navigation
Trainee is asked to drive to strategic ARLs/CEs locations efficiently. Judged on driving skills, quick response, and map knowledge.
Aviation / Flying
Assessment of aerial maneuverability, landing in tight spots, and supporting ground units from the sky.
Trainer Report Generator
Fill in the trainee's scores to automatically generate the official forum BBCode format.
